Climate Ready Together Ltd. is a climate resilience consultancy that is dedicated to helping diverse stakeholders and Indigenous rights holders work together to adapt and thrive in a changing climate. Launched by Cheryl Evans in 2024, Climate Ready Together supports on the ground action to strengthen climate resilience by co-creating unique, action-focused programming, risk assessment tools and self-help resources.

Cheryl Evans has over 20 years' experience co-creating climate resilience programming with and for all orders of government, Indigenous rights holders, businesses, non-governmental organizations, community groups, youth, and academe. In 2018 she received the IFC Leadership on Climate Change Adaptation Award and in 2020 her directorship of the Home Flood Protection Program was recognized with a Canada's Clean 50 Top Project Award.
Recent flood and wildfire resilience publications include the Intact Centre's Wildfire-Ready report, Flood Resilient Residential Retrofits Return on Investment report and companion Infographic for the National Research Council. She is also the lead author of FireSmart Canada's training for insurance professionals and the FireSmart Alberta Community Scorecard Application and User Training Program.
Cheryl holds a B.E.S. in Environment & Resource Studies from the University of Waterloo, and a Graduate Diploma in Disaster and Emergency Management from Royal Roads University.
